Programme Coordinator of the European Respiratory Society Lung Science Conference 2020, Estoril, Portugal The ERS Lung Science Conference (LSC) is a showcase for cutting-edge research and its translation into clinical solutions. Its originality and success are based on facilitating a vivid dialogue between young scientists and established investigators. It is considered to be a flagship ERS event at the forefront of basic and translational respiratory science, setting the stage for the ERS annual congress.
The programme consists of presentations delivered by experts, young investigators, oral presentations and poster sessions based on abstract submissions. After each presentation, time is allocated for questions and discussion, the programme is supplemented with intesive mentoring activities.
