Description

The 1st Panhellenic Conference on Community Music aims to bring together musicians, artists, educators, social workers, carers and others working with music in contexts such as prisons, hospitals, refugee camps, elderly homes, foster homes,
drug and alcohol recovery centers, shelters, formal and non-formal educational contexts etc. We also welcome music teachers who share and strive for empathy, respect, collaboration, and hospitality through music making in schools and other pedagogical contexts. Join us for a stimulating weekend, with both international

guests and national presenters, to converse and experience the foundational prin-
ciples of community music through which we can promote people’s wellbeing. We

invite you to be part of the conversation and the development of community music
in Greece.
