Description
I was commissioned by the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) to undertake a review of best practice in Partnership Work and Co-production. Specifically, NISCC sought to commission a review of national and international best practice in partnership working and co-production, to benchmark their existing arrangements and to inform the further development of effective approaches to engagement with registrants, service users and carers. In order to deliver on this project a Research Assistant to:1. Complete a literature review, using a rapid evidence assessment approach, of best practice in working in partnership with stakeholder groups, to include approaches to sustainable engagement and co-production, the measurement of impact and outcomes and the effective use of resources. The review had to take account of the context within which NISSC worked and its aspirations towards partnership as contained within its corporate plan.
2. Produce a report with recommendations as to best practice examples which the Council would consider to further develop its engagement with service users, carers and registrants.
