I have been an ad hoc contact for Invest Northern Ireland to assist in the formulation of policy in relation to biomedical research funding and programmes. I have also assisted Invest Northern Ireland to market the Life Science Sector potential of Northern Ireland on several trips to the United States and as an Exhibitor on the Northern Ireland trade stand at the Bio-International Convention (2004, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2012), a meeting that attracts over 28000 delegates.
