Description
This presentation explored the development of leadership, confidence and professional identity within undergraduate nursing students through the Ambition to Success programme. The session focused on supporting students to recognise their individual strengths, work collaboratively, and lead with kindness and purpose in both academic and practice settings. Emphasis was placed on fostering early leadership capacity and encouraging students to make a meaningful impact within their peer groups and wider communities.
