Provided consultancy to the PCC Complaints Support Service by undertaking an audit of a selection of complaints cases managed by the service under the category ‘Family and Child Care-Social Services’. The purpose was to identify themes and issues arising from these complaints and their management and outcomes and to provide a report summarising this work and making suggestions for further work that might be considered by the PCC in order to ensure that the needs of complainants in such cases are being met and that there is an adequate response to the complaints made by them.
