Description
The British Council and the Colombian Embassy organized a trip to Queen's University Belfast to hear about various projects and impact-led resaerch into post-conflict societies. I gave a 4-5 minute overview of the Institute followed by a focus on your Colombian research, specifically on the post-conflict role of paramilitaries/ex-combatants and their contribution to sustaining (or potentially spoiling) the peace. It might raise issues of reintegration, education, employability; and how these issues differ or not across different groups.
