Dear Panelists and Moderators,

On behalf of Georgetown University, Queen’s University Belfast, and University College Dublin, and in association with the Embassy of Ireland USA, we thank you for agreeing to take part in our third annual policy conference, Bridging the Atlantic – Ireland and the US.

This year’s event will take place in a hybrid format from 9am to 12:00 noon ET on Wednesday, December 1. The conference will be held before a limited and physically distanced live audience in Copley Formal Lounge (see the attached map or the bottom of this email for directions), live-streamed on the web, and recorded for later sharing on our websites. You will find the detailed schedule for the morning’s events below, including panel blurbs.

Please check your panel times, your brief description, including title, and whether we have recorded accurately your attendance in-person or remotely. Let us know immediately if there are any errors or anything that needs to be updated.

For those of you who will be at the conference in person:
All visitors to campus (i.e. those who do not hold Georgetown ID cards) must upload proof of vaccination.
