Keynote paper developed for HFH (Africa and the Middle East) Global Marketplace conference, Mozambique (2008). This research was used by the end-user to develop Habitat for Humanity NI's new campaign vision - 'World of Hope Campaign' (2011-2015) - and by its parent organisation, Habitat for Humanity International (US-based) to inform the development of a strategic realignment with wider development initiatives - 'Building Impact Strategy' (2014-2018).
