Professor Catherine Hall is Emerita Professor of Modern British Social and Cultural History at University College London and chair of its digital scholarship project, the Centre for the Study of the Legacies of British Slave-ownership. I invited her to deliver the 2019 Keith Jeffery Annual Lecture in Public History, the keynote lecture for our Centre for Public History annual conference. This event was attended by over 150 people.
