In this seminar, Dr Su will discuss the concept and dimensions of the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL), and how it can enhance academic practice and student learning. Dr Su will locate SoTL in the field of higher education research, identify opportunities and challenges in developing SoTL in academic practice and will explore institutional conditions to support and reward SoTL.
