Invited by Dr. Jeannine Davis-Kimball, Director of the Center for the Study of Eurasian Nomads, Berkeley, to present a series of lectures at the University of California, Berkeley; the Center for East Asian Studies of the University of California, Stanford and the Archaeological Institute of the University of California, Los Angeles on the results of my PhD research on the Iron Age cemetery complex of Aymyrlyg, Tuva, south Siberia. The series was sponsored by the Archaeological Institute of America - San Francisco Society, the Indo-European Language and Culture Working Group, the Center for the Study of Eurasian Nomads, the Archaeological Research Facility, the Townsend Center for the Humanities, the Center for Slavic and East European Studies at the University of California, Berkeley and the Silkroad Foundation (1999).
