Purpose: To provide strategic leadership, oversight and assurance for the delivery of the University’s enterprise and innovation ambitions under Strategy 2030, ensuring coherent execution across commercialisation, industry engagement, translational funding, enterprise education, and regional impact. The Committee will align activities with REF, HEIF and regional growth priorities (e.g., BRCD/Growth Deals), positioning the University as an entrepreneurial institution with global impact.
