Description
As part of the growing BiNE network, in 2020 I proposed the establishment of a working/steering group to facilitate collaboration between HEIs across the UK and ROI in creating an international Bank of MCQs to be used in the assessment of bioscience subjects in nursing.I led a successful grant bit to fund the development of an online platform to host the shared bank and I am now leading the team as we work with an E-Learning Technologist to construct the site.
I also provide oversight and thought leadership of the literature review stream
who are conducting a scoping exercise across all providers of nurse education in the UK and ROI. This is a very exciting project for the BiNE group as it is the largest we have undertaken since the original B-QAF document. Our aim is to emulate the nationwide-bank operated by the Medical School's Council Assessment Alliance (MSCAA) and utilized by the UK School's of Medicine.
