On 20 November 2024, Dr Juliet Hassard led a roundtable at Queen’s University Belfast on the role of business values in promoting employee well-being. The session explored the SUPPORT framework, a research-based model identifying seven core values that support psychologically healthy workplaces. Participants discussed how values-driven leadership can strengthen culture, productivity and strategic decision-making, sharing insights and challenges in embedding well-being into organisational practice.
