Clinical academic Training Forum. This high-level, four nation committee oversees clinical academic training in the UK. This committee brings together the Royal Colleges, NIHR and major funding bodies of clinical academics such as the Medical Research Council, Cancer Research UK and the Wellcome Trust. Membership of this committee allows me to represent QUB and NI to the major funders of clinical academic research in the UK and shape national policy.
