    Together with Professor Mariken Teeuwen (Utrecht University and Huygens Institute), I co-organised an international conference on Martianus Capella at the Scaliger institute, Leiden and Huygens institute, The Hague. The reception of Martianus Capella’s textbook on the liberal arts shaped curriculum design in the medieval world and in the first universities.
