Description

AI is transforming the way legal reasoning, drafting, and analysis are taught and practiced. Yet, legal education especially in foundational subjects like Contract Law appear to be slower to adapt to this digital transformation. This conference aims to address that gap by fostering dialogue and developing practical frameworks for ethical and effective AI integration in law schools. This conference has as it’s aim to create a collaborative platform to reimagine Contract Law pedagogy through AI-enhanced and inclusive teaching practices. The conference will also through the various presentations develop a bespoke roadmap characterised by equality, diversity and inclusion for curriculum transformation.
An open call for papers and contributions will be made inviting submissions from members of the SLS, early career academics including legal practitioners, technologist and people who are involved in tutorial teaching with the purpose of not only strengthening the host school’s capacity in digital and legal innovation but one that also enhances academic leadership in legal education.
