Consultancy Aim: To support the future development of Portview: an historically significant industrial spinning mill complex in East Belfast, currently home to a range of small and medium scale businesses, including many from the creative industry sector and arts. However the main building and complex as a whole still contains some very large scale and under-occupied spaces of architectural merit, which need re-purposed to support the ambition of this social enterprise organisation to realise a sustainable multi-use building estate, supporting both those who use it and the wider communities around it.
