Description
Leader of the quarterly CoMC student experience group, which is an open to all student midwives with passion for CoMC. The group is a collaborative group with input from the Public Health Agency CoMC lead. The group has 3 key aims a) work to improve student experience of CoMC in keeping with the NMC standards relating to CoMC b) to keep students updated about the role out of the model c) to keep students updated regards emerging evidence regarding this model of care. The group has been successful in ensuring the student voice is reflected in the implementation of the CoMC model throughout NI.
