Continuous Professional Development - QUB Training Courses (2018-2023)

Description

I engage with local, national and international CPD opportunities to inform and enhance all my leadership and teaching roles. Membership of professional bodies, participation in conferences, supervision of MSc projects and external examining, help me to enhance my professional standards. Pedagogical research, presenting at conferences and meeting with colleagues in other universities have moulded my approaches in many aspects of teaching and leadership. To ensure progressing to a higher standard, I avail of CPD opportunities via courses within the university and the professional bodies.
