Solidarity and the Court of Justice
This was a presentation invited by the Centre for European and Comparative Legal Studies at University of Copenhagen (http://jura.ku.dk/cecs/ ) for a panel entitled INTERNATIONAL COURTS AND SOLIDARITY. The paper analysed and categorised 137 rulings by the European Court of Justice referring to solidarity. It will be published in an edited collection by the panel convenors.
