Description
Dickens enthusiasts gathered at the John Hewitt Bar, Belfast, on twenty occasions throughout 2012, to celebrate the bicentenary of the author’s birth by reading his favourite novel out loud, in its original monthly parts, about three chapters a night.Attendees read a chapter each, for a minimum donation of £5 to Barnardo’s (the official charity partner of Dickens 2012 NI).
