Played leadership role in the planning, quality assurance, and delivery of the C25 Summative Synoptic and Progress Tests. These assessments are critical in evaluating students' integrated knowledge across all Year 1 disciplines.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements: Exam Design and Coordination. I Lead on the coordination and preparation of Single Best Answer (SBA) MCQs for Year 1 Synoptic Exam covering all foundational disciplines. I ensure alignment of questions with the MSC Assessment Alliance (MSCAA) standards and QUB’s Progress and Synoptic Test frameworks. I format all MCQs in line with institutional “MCQ home style” guidance.

Quality Assurance and Review: I participate in six formal review sessions annually, encouraging question generation and building a secure question bank, with two 100-item exam papers per year. I contribute to blueprinting and mapping to ensure curriculum alignment.

Standard Setting and Invigilation and applying modified Angoff and other recognised methods to determine defensible pass marks and post-exam analysis to monitor trends in student performance.
