Description

This training series was designed to provide an overview of the key facets of contemporary place-making through five tailored thematic sessions, a day long conference with over 100 delegates from across these islands, peer learning and a 2 night study visit to Cork city, Clonakilty and Cobh. The training sessions are designed to offer an informal learning environment with an emphasis on reviewing and reflecting upon current regeneration policy and practice. The academy was intended to create a forum for knowledge sharing, networking and to consider opportunities to learn from comparative best practices.
