Description

An event for Lecturers, Senior Lecturers, Readers, and Professors (Education) focused around strengthening our capacity and collegiality for pedagogical research/Scholarship of Teaching & Learning (SoTL). It will include an address from Professor David Jones, PVC for Education, a keynote lecture on teaching professionalism from Professor Amanda Gibney, UCD, workshops from Professor Christine Brown Wilson, School of Nursing, on getting started and levelling up with SoTL and Dr Claire Dewhirst, Centre for Educational Development, on being a teacher-scholar. There will also be short presentations on the various methods you can use to do pedagogical research.
