Lead academic quality assurance and enhancement activities for the EEECS undergraduate programmes, ensuring compliance with QUB standards.
Main Responsibilities: Lead the planning, implementation, and reporting of the undergraduate assessment and feedback calendar. Manage processes to monitor and ensure the academic standing of undergraduate students. Oversee delivery of academic advice during student support meetings. Develop and maintain standards for VLE communications related to assessment and feedback. Update undergraduate academic quality policies via School committees. Represent the School in QUB quality assurance activities including CAPE, module review, and programme review. Analyse undergraduate student feedback (MEQ) and coordinate action plans with Programme Leads. Actively participate in the School Education Committee and related sub-committees.
