ESRC Festival of Social Sciences "How do we make choices?"

As part of the ESRC Festival of Social Sciences, this event run at South West College, Omagh, presented college and school students with behavioural economics insights on how we make choices. During the workshop, college students participated in economic experiments on intertemporal preferences, where they will choose between different options affecting their probability of earning a sum of money in different time periods. Participants also answered a set of discrete choice experiments aimed at eliciting college students’ preferences for healthy/unhealthy choices and related costs.
