Event attracts over 200 delegates from around the world, my role is: Develop the Scientific Programme of the Conference, Participate in the abstract reviewing abstract selection and inclusion into the programme and bursary allocation ,Selection of Chairs and Mentors, Participate actively, as Chair of sessions or Mentor, Encourage networking among participants and faculty,Take part in the ERS Science Event Working Group meeting
