Led the Faculty Decolonising of the Curriculum subgroup, supporting the development of tailored resources and training materials to embed EDI principles into teaching. I provided insight and practical input on embedding EDI in the curriculum within the faculty. I facilitated engagement with faculty operations for EDI impact assessment training, helping to set clear targets for demonstrating faculty EDI achievements.
