Fostering a sense of belonging for first year students using Co-Designed digital resources

Description

Using the pedagogy of connectivism, we consider how the use of connected learning can promote a sense of belonging with first year students as they transition to Higher Education. We have developed four digital apps that span the on-boarding process, answer queries in real time using AI chatbots, facilitate study skills and support students in maintaining their sense of wellbeing and build their resilience.
