This project involved a rapid review of policy-relevant evidence on return to work and sickness absence, synthesising research on determinants of work absence, return-to-work interventions, and policy approaches to supporting sustainable work participation. As Co-Investigator, I contributed to the review design, evidence synthesis, and interpretation of findings to inform UK policy discussion and decision-making related to work, health, and sickness absence.
