Science Perspectives on the Working Lives of Those with Cancer: Psychosocial, Organisational and Economic Perspectives
Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), £29,993
Principal Investigator: Tom Cox CBE

This project examined the working lives of people affected by cancer from psychosocial, organisational, and economic perspectives. As Co-Investigator, I contributed to the development of the research framework and analysis addressing how workplace practices, organisational support, and broader labour-market conditions shape work participation, adjustment, and sustainability following cancer diagnosis. The project contributed to interdisciplinary understanding of work, health, and employment, with relevance for policy and employer practice.
