Innovation in engineering, combined with leadership, are essential components to support the manufacturing ambitions of the UK and China. The Future Engineers’ Leadership and Innovation Academy develops participants as creative, technical, transnational communicators, and provides leadership skills to support the next generation of engineers, innovators and entrepreneurs.
