Description
Visited Georgetown University in Feb 2023 to meet with senior faculty for the purpose of research and teaching collaboration around public history. I met with Prof Coilin Parsons, Director of the Global Irish Studies Initiative, and Prof Katrin Seig, Director of the BMW Centre for German and European Studies. Among other things, we planned a joint panel on contested memory that will form part of the Bridging the Atlantic Conference to be held at QUB in Nov 2023
