Description
LINKS is a global network that is working with partners in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) impacted by conflict to explicitly make the ‘links’ between the promotion of sustainable development, health and peacebuilding, and investment in high-quality early childhood development (ECD) programmes (see: www.lancaster.ac.uk/links). Working in strategic partnership with UNICEF and globally-leading research centres and NGOs, LINKS is also developing a global community of practice that is actively linking: research and practice; evidence and policy; and ECD experts and providers across the globe. Through the development of inclusive, equitable and sustainable local partnerships LINKS is seeking to build capacity to co-design, deliver and test ECD programmes in LMICs impacted by conflict.
