Keynote paper developed for HFH (Africa and the Middle East) Global Marketplace conference, Mozambique (2008). This research was used by the end-user to inform the development of Habitat for Humanity International's (the US-based parent organisation) new campaign vision - the 'World of Hope Campaign' (2011-2015) and 'Building Impact Strategy' (2014-2018).
