Description

In collaboration with the lead Commissioner for children's disability services, I organised this event at QUB. In addition to my own key note presentation, the event also included presentations from Dame Christine Lenehan (Director, Council for Disabled Children) and Sarah Goff (Development Manager, Safeguarding Disabled Children Service, Ann Craft Trust). The event was widely attended by senior managers and policy makers and focused on how best to improve policy and services for disabled children in out-of-home care in Northern Ireland.
