This was an invited series of lectures, and one of the four main courses in the thematic programme on Abstract Harmonic Analysis, Banach and Operator Algebras, held at the Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences (Toronto). The programme gathered the utmost experts in Operator Algebras/Harmonic Analysis, and participation of both speakers and audience was by invitation only.
