Description
"Literary journals and magazines offer writers opportunities to develop ideas that may not otherwise find a publishing home. The past decade has seen a resurgence in small presses and journals, with 30+ publications across print and online media seeking submissions. Established in 2016, The Tangerine provides a platform for new writers of poetry and short fiction as well as long-form journalism, essays and criticism. Editor and founder of The Tangerine Tara McEvoy talks about establishing the Belfast print magazine and what editors are looking for from writers." Organised by the John Hewitt Society.
