Description

This regional workshop was convened to support the continued implementation of the Strengthening Our Core (SOC) Framework for Staff Health and Wellbeing across Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI) organisations. Building on insights from the Health and Social Care (HSC) Workforce Study and earlier stakeholder engagement, this workshop brought together health and wellbeing leads from across HSCNI organisations to reflect on progress, explore challenges, and co-develop next steps for ensuring the framework is embedded across HSC organisations and making a difference to workforce wellbeing.
