This session focused on enhancing learner-centred instructional design. Delivered by Dr Matt Birch, it emphasised autonomy, motivation, and inclusive learning design.

This session formed part of the QUBSONM Summer Digital Education Training Programme 2021, a coordinated series of professional development activities supporting staff capability building in digital education.

Participants reflected on teaching practices and identified opportunities to better support learner engagement.

The session aligned with Strategy 2030’s transformative education priority and SDG 4.
