In and Beyond the Americas: Mexico and Brazil in a Changing World

Description

As the project leader of the Americas Project Research Group at Queen's University Belfast I organised an academic exchange programme with the Americas Initiative at Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA. As a result of this exchange two QUB academics participated in events in Georgetown and two colleagues from Georgetown came to QUB. During their visit Dr Bryan McCann and Dr Adam Lifshey participated in this one day conference I organised with speakers from QUB and other UK institutions. The conference was entitled 'In and Beyond the Americas: Mexico and Brazil in a Changing World'.
