Description
The ISAT provides institutional oversight of the Athena Swan programmes in our 15 schools and provides critical review of applications, working collectively and individually with school co-Champions.Membership is regularly reviewed to achieve a balanced ISAT with respect to members’ expertise, roles in the University, faculties, professional services, personal characteristics (specifically gender and ethnicity) and representation from student groups where appropriate.
