Description

Integrated Academic Training Advisory Committee (InterACt). The role of this committee is to provide input to the strategy for development of the Clinical Academic Training pathway at a national level. This involves interactions with the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR), General Medical Council (GMC), the Conference of Postgraduate Medical Deans of the United Kingdom (COPMeD), the Academy of Medical Sciences and relevant Royal Colleges. Membership of this committee allows me to represent Queen's and NI at a national level to shape Clinical Academic Training policy across the UK.
