Description

The invitation to participate in this work emerged following the publication of work I conducted for Marie Curie, which included a literature review and a qualitative study with bereavement service leaders across all 10 Marie Curie hospices in the UK. The work resulted in the development and implementation of bereavement standards, nationally.
The international advisory role involved peer reviewing versions of documents, developing national bereavement standards and collaborating on research initiatives. The bereavement standards were published locally for implementation across Victoria, and were published in Palliative and Supportive Care (2017).
