Description
I was invited to represent Queen's University Belfast at this international seminar on decision making in child welfare and contributed to it by providing an overview of the child protection and welfare system in the UK. The seminar focused on the findings of an international study I was involved in with colleagues from Israel, the Netherlands, and Spain, including publication plans and conference submissions. Colleagues from Portugal, Belgium, Italy, Norway and the USA also participated in the seminar to consider and discuss options for future international research collaboration on decision-making in child welfare and, in particular, decisions in cases of child abuse and neglect.Period | 02 Mar 2014 → 06 Mar 2014 |
