I was accepted to speak at 4 events at this conference: (i) PAPER: presenting a research paper entitled 'Venereal Biopower'; (ii) PAPER: presenting a research paper entitled 'Failure, Uncertainty and Science'; (iii) ROUNDTABLE: speaking on a roundtable celebrating the publication of William Connolly's new book 'The Fragility of Things'; and (iv) DISCUSSANT: discussant on a panel entitled 'Visuality: Method, Agency, Politics' with 5 research papers. Unfortunately my back injury prevented me from travelling, and I was admitted to hospital for spinal surgery shortly thereafter.
