Description
Presented general overview and state of affairs of the theoretical debates on intersectionality and an overview of relevant case law from HRC, CEDAW, CJEU and ECtHR at an invitation only event. The invited participants were persons specialized in working with equality and non-discrimination issues in national Human Rights institutions, international governmental and national civil society organizations. The workshop was organized by OSCE - Mission to Skopje and the Macedonian Helsinki Committee for Human Rights.
