Description

Dr Marie Cantwell was one of 22 invited experts on a working group for IARC (International Agency for Research on Cancer) to summarise all research regarding red meat/processed meat and cancer. The expert working met in Lyon from the 6th-13th October to contribute to the monograph (114) and to come up with an evaluation regarding red meat/processed meat and cancer.
